About Us

 
Robbinsdale Women's Center (RWC) has been listening to thousands of women in unplanned pregnancies since 1992.

We are here to listen to you.

When you walk in our doors, a peer counselor who has your best interests at heart is ready to listen and assess your individual situation. We will listen to your pregnancy concerns in a comfortable, caring and non-judgmental atmosphere and offer important information related to your circumstances. If appropriate, a lab quality pregnancy test will be conducted, with results available during your visit.

If you are pregnant and your counselor approves you for an ultrasound, an appointment will be scheduled. Our medical team volunteers their time in order to help you make the best decision regarding your pregnancy. We have three experienced Registered Sonographers (ultrasound technicians) who perform ultrasounds. Our Medical Director is a licensed Family Practice Physician. We also have a Radiologist who evaluates each ultrasound.

If you do not have your own health care provider, a list of referrals will be provided to you (we do not refer to abortion providers).
