Initial Services

Women receive free pregnancy testing (hCG urine test).

Women receive confidential counseling in a safe, loving, and non-judgmental environment from peer counselors who are trained in crisis counseling. Through the use of videos and printed materials, factual information is given on fetal development and abortion risks.

RWC was the first pregnancy center in Minnesota to offer ultrasound imaging. Abortion-minded women are encouraged to have a free ultrasound performed by one of our volunteer sonographers (registered) or physicians. The majority of women who view their babies on an ultrasound will choose life.

Women who are seeking an abortion or are being pressured to abort by others are encouraged to look at adoption or parenting as a better option to abortion.

Women who feel they’re not ready to parent their child are encouraged to consider making an adoption plan. Misconceptions about the adoption process are addressed and women are provided with a list of licensed Christian adoption agencies.

Ongoing Services

Footprints Program provides a mentoring relationship for our clients to receive support and education in parenting. Our clients make a six-month commitment to meet with a mentor and complete homework based on healthy pregnancy, newborn care, parenting, relationships, finances, and emotional and spiritual health. Our clients earn Mommy Money by completing homework and goals, to spend in our Baby Boutique. Our focus is to support, encourage, assist, and educate our clients in preparation for parenting.

Father Focus provides an "Empowerment Plan" for fatherhood through meeting new dads where they are, mentoring them to discover themselves, and equipping them to be better dads in the process.The dads enrolled in the program earn Daddy Dollars to purchase new itesms in our Baby Boutique, by completing homework based on fatherhood. Our mission is to empower new dads to improve the life of their children through strategic mentorship, self-discovery and encouraging them to be all that God intends them to be.

Approimately four times a year at the center, classes are offered by registered childbirth instructors.

When a pregnancy causes a financial crisis, RWC works with other agencies to meet the needs of th client.

The Baby Boutique consists of new baby items such as, clothes, baby toys, diapers, etc. that are available to our clients who complete their homework in the mentor programs.
